Vintage MCM pod/saucer swivel chair in cream vinyl — attributed to Overman of Sweden, one of the most collected pod chair makers of the 1960s-70s.
Features a sculptural rounded shell that wraps the sitter completely, cream vinyl upholstery, and a heavy cast aluminum 4-star swivel base. Mold number FP4217 visible on base housing.
Seat cushion shows cracking consistent with age — shell is solid and excellent throughout. A vinyl repair or reupholster would bring this to showroom condition and significantly increase value.
